Acceptance
By placing an order with BayanX, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't place an order.
What we provide
We provide professional career services — CV rewriting, LinkedIn optimization, application kits, curated job matches, interview preparation and Saudi-market coaching. The exact services included depend on the plan you purchase.
We do not guarantee job offers or interview invitations. Hiring decisions depend on factors outside our control. We do guarantee that the deliverables we produce meet a professional standard, and we offer revisions if they don't.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use BayanX. The information you give us must be accurate; we'll rely on it to do the work.
Order process
When you place an order, you complete an intake questionnaire and upload your current CV. We confirm your order by email, and we deliver within the timeframe stated on your plan — typically 48 hours for Basic and Standard, with additional sessions for Premium.
Payment, revisions and refunds
Payment is collected in full when you place the order. We offer one round of revisions with every package. If you're not satisfied after revisions, you can request a refund within 7 days of delivery and we'll process it without friction.
Refunds are not available once you've approved the final deliverables or after the 7-day window has passed.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, respond to clarifying questions in a reasonable timeframe, and use the deliverables for your own job search. You don't share our deliverables with third parties for resale or commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of your personal data and the content of your CV. We retain ownership of our methodologies, templates and any tools we develop.
Acceptable use
Don't use BayanX to misrepresent yourself, submit false information, or for anything illegal. If we believe an order is being used to deceive an employer, we reserve the right to refuse service.
Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability to you in connection with any order is the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for consequential or indirect losses — such as a job offer you didn't receive — that arise from the use of our services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved through Saudi courts unless we both agree to arbitration.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. The version that applies to your order is the one in effect when you placed it.
